The Production Behind the Collections

We bring together metalworking, woodworking and upholstery to manufacture coordinated dining and living collections for international brands, retail chains and wholesalers.
From laser-cut metal components and shaped wood-based parts to upholstered seating, our workshops connect component production, surface finishing and furniture assembly.
Selected tables and cabinets feature imported European sintered stone from brands including Laminam and Techlam.

From Components to Finished Furniture

From table-frame components to upholstered seating, production combines material-specific machining, surface preparation and assembly.

Component Machining

Laser-cut tubing and sheet-metal components form the frames, connectors and shaped supports used in our tables. Five-axis machining shapes selected wood-based parts, followed by manual sanding.

Furniture Assembly

Metal frames move from welding and surface finishing into fitting and adjustment. In upholstery, sewn covers are fitted over prepared frames and cushioning, with seating levelled and checked for stability during assembly.

Consistency Across Production

Production drawings, confirmed samples and workshop briefings give our teams a shared reference for component preparation and furniture assembly.

Production Drawings

Drawings guide component dimensions, hole positions and profiles during metalworking and wood-component machining.

Confirmed Reference Samples

An initial assembled sample is confirmed as the reference for the remaining order, establishing the construction and details to follow in batch production.

Workshop Briefings

New upholstery models are introduced with samples and workshop briefings, explaining sewing requirements, key operations and points that need attention.

Component Identification

Semi-finished metal components are packed and labelled for identification in storage and handover between production areas.

Quality at the Points That Matter

We inspect components and assembled furniture at different stages, focusing on material condition, stability and the visible details of the finished piece.

Component Checks

We lay out and stretch leather panels to check for visible scars and damage before sewing. Metal frames with surface defects are set aside and returned to the responsible department for correction.

Assembly Checks

During seating assembly, we level the furniture and check its stability before cleaning and packing.

Finished Furniture Checks

Before packing, we check upholstered furniture for shape, dimensions, surface appearance and feel, paying attention to formed corners and visible imperfections.

Where Manufacturing Becomes Visible

Furniture details make the production process tangible, from the connections beneath a tabletop to the finish of a shaped component.

Connection Details

Metal connectors link the table frame with the supporting structure beneath the tabletop. Their profiles and fixing holes are produced to drawing requirements. — ty-body-regular.

Edge and Surface Details

Shaped wood-based components are sanded by hand, then prepared through repeated primer application and sanding before the final coat.
